The Scoop on Bare Lifts Invisible Bra

Burning Bras? Maybe not that far.
Do Bare Lifts actually provide support?
Essentially, Bare Lifts are cup shaped sticky pads that adhese to each breast. You peel off the adhesive and gently pull up, giving your chest a 'perky' look. Like so many infomercials before it, the pitch is cheesy and under-produced - just watch the video.
Besides the marketing tactics, curiosity may call many to try out these products. Being really tired of traditional bras that itch, bite into skin and chaffe, I could see this product selling well.
A huge selling point is the inventor and owner of the product is a woman. Who better to know what ladies want when it comes to undergarments and bras? It's clear that men have sold us uncomfortable crap for too long. Maybe that was their evil plan all along?
At any rate, let's get to the nitty gritty of the Bare Lifts Bra. At first glance, it appears you get 10 lifts for $10. They up the anti to 20 lifts for $10 when checking out. All that's paid extra is the shipping and handling that comes out to around five bucks. Pretty cheap, but then again, it's likely the lifts don't cost much to produce.
Many of my friends swear by these things and wear them religiously, even when going to the gym. Apparently they really give a 'free' feeling as compared to a sports bra and let you breathe with less rubbing of straps. I'd be concerned about them ripping or peeling off but I've yet to see that happen and friends say, "they're stuck on their pretty good, never had them come off unexpectedly."
The official website claims that these things are water resistant, although you probably don't want to go for a dip with them on - you may just float to the surface a little too quickly.
There is now a website where a lady did a full test and review of the product. You can view that information here, it's a pretty good read.
I'm personally still not sure whether I'll try them or not, but the pressure to do it is rising. Everyone around me seems to be wearing them and makes fun of my bra straps! Being only $10 I might just give it a shot.
Best of luck, would be interested to hear from any ladies that have tried Bare Lifts before.
